Acro is often described as the floor component of artistic gymnastics. It differs in that it is choreographed for stage using jazz and ballet technique, modified techniques for performance on a floor and partner and group tricks as well. Your child will learn skills first on mats and then transfer skills that are consistent to the floor. Dance steps are combined in the later half of the course as the children learn their recital routine.
